Manvel Grigoryan Stripped of Honorary Citizen Title of Armavir
Today, the first session of the Armavir City Council was held this year. The agenda included six items, with the first item addressing the decision to strip former head of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union and former MP Manvel Grigoryan of the title of "Honorary Citizen of Armavir." The decision was made unanimously.
