Who Manages the 'Golden Palace' Hotel? Clarification

Currently, the 'Golden Palace' hotel is managed by Armen Avetisyan. There has yet to be a government decision regarding transferring the property to the state, as stated by Narek Babayan, the head of the State Property Management Committee, in a briefing with journalists after today's cabinet meeting.

"The information that the hotel is run by Sasun Mikaelyan's son does not correspond to reality.

Procedures are still being discussed since the property is of considerable size. First, it must be appraised and evaluated. There are specific legislative questions. The 'Golden Palace' is a limited liability company, and only part of its capital is being donated, while certain aspects permit the company to later reclaim its shares.
