The former Deputy Prosecutor General of Armenia, Armen Danielyan, wrote on his Facebook page: “A whole 'shadow system' is openly engaged in discrediting the current authorities in the truest sense of the word... The former officials cannot forgive Nikol Pashinyan in any way and probably never will... Who knows better than me... The distribution of bonuses within the state governance system is not at all a new phenomenon, as has been attempted to be presented, and the employees of that system have always received bonuses, with the amount of the bonus being firmly regulated by law... Therefore, no matter how much some shout about it, there can be no signs of corruption in this issue... This nonsense is a blatant manipulative attempt by experienced old foxes, who have been rewarded at the expense of our taxpayers and the people for decades...

P.S. Therefore, it is time for the names of all previous officials who have self-awarded themselves for twelve months of the year, as well as rewarded their mistresses, assistants, and their mistresses to be published one by one... and so on... You remember, right? - “Everything was fine there with papers for those people.” This noise has an exclusively malicious purpose — to show society that nothing has changed and there is no difference between the old and the new... The difference is visibly clear: in this government, there are no officials with criminal pasts, no oligarchs; they all come from pure Armenian families and, what is no less important, have fought for justice. A person fighting for justice will never cause pain to others and cannot be unjust. Let the consequences of the past rewards, which have brought about two decades of suffering and poverty to an entire nation, be clear to everyone...”
