Investigation Department Rejects Criminal Case Against Narek Malyan

The Malatya Investigation Department has rejected the initiation of a criminal case against Narek Malyan based on the report submitted by Zarouhi Mejlumyan. This was stated by Malyan's lawyer, Tigran Atanesyan, who noted that the decision to reject the case was made on the grounds of absence of criminal composition.

Zarouhi Mejlumyan, the wife of convicted murderer Mher Yenokyan, had reported the crime to the police. She claimed that Narek Malyan should be held accountable under three articles: incitement to suicide, publication of personal information, and intentionally causing severe emotional distress.
