“Get Involved from Head to Toe, We Will Hear You All”: Tax Code Amendments Published

The package of the draft law on amendments and additions to the RA Tax Code and related legislative proposals has been published on the e-draft am website.

The author of the draft is the Ministry of Finance.

The draft will remain on e-draft am for some time before it goes to the government, and after receiving a positive conclusion, it will be presented to the parliament.

In this regard, Babken Tunyan, the chairman of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs of the National Assembly, wrote on his Facebook page:

“Friends, one of the most important bills regarding changes to the Tax Code is currently open for public discussion.

I expect active participation, “get involved from head to toe.”

Before the draft reaches the National Assembly, we need to address all the issues and concerns related to the project, discuss them, and attempt to find solutions at this stage, so that in the end, we have the best possible version.
