Ruben Grdzelyan, the press secretary of the South Caucasus Railways, wrote on his Facebook page:

“Now who is lying—the former opposition or the current authorities? We still haven’t understood the mystery of the company that oversees road traffic with technical means. Previously, we knew it was Sashik Sargsyan's. At least the former opposition insisted it was 99% so.

Now the same former opposition representative, former deputy head of the Traffic Police and current MP of the ‘My Step’ faction, Armen Khachatryan, claims that this system has always been state-owned.”
