Armenia Improves Ranking in the 'Good Country Index'
Armenia ranks 45th in the 'Good Country Index', which evaluates countries based on their contributions to the global community. The published index includes 153 countries and is based on over 30 criteria derived from data provided by organizations such as the UN, UNICEF, and the IMF, as reported by Ria Novosti.
Armenia's overall contribution in the field of science and technology is rated at 52nd place, in culture at 90th, in peace and security at 31st, in climate at 62nd, in equality and prosperity at 14th, and in healthcare at 51st. In the 2017 index, Armenia was ranked 75th.
The United States is positioned at 40th, Russia at 41st, Turkey at 57th, Georgia at 39th, and Azerbaijan at 108th.
The top ten includes Ireland, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway, France, Spain, and Canada.
