David Ananyan Denies Information on Bonuses Exceeding 8 Million

“Such bonuses do not exist with us.” This was stated by the head of the State Revenue Committee, David Ananyan, in an interview with Tert, responding to the question of whether the publication by Yerevan Today regarding bonuses allocated in the SRC is accurate.

In his clarification, the SRC chairman explained that this is the total amount of two months' salary, bonuses, and allowances.

“In December, the salaries for November and December, along with allowances and bonuses, were paid, which may sum up to such an amount,” said the SRC chairman.

It should be noted that according to the publication of the Yerevan Today website, several senior officials of the SRC received “astronomical” seven-digit salaries and bonuses in December, particularly SRC chairman David Ananyan received 8 million 55 thousand AMD, and SRC deputy chairman Rafik Mashadyan received 9 million 60 thousand AMD.

Additionally, it is stated that the monthly salary of the SRC chairman is 793,680 AMD (including taxes).
