There Are Closed and Impassable Roads
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of January 21 at 08:00, there are impassable and closed roads in the territory of Armenia.
The Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks with trailers, while it is impassable for others.
The Sotk-Karabakh road is impassable.
On the Sotk-Karabakh road, in the regions of Ashotsk and Amasia in Shirak Province, as well as on roads in Syunik Province, there are areas of black ice.
Drivers are advised to use winter tires exclusively.

According to information from the Department of Roads of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for light passenger vehicles.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, there are currently 267 trucks, 167 passenger cars, and 2 buses lined up on the Russian side.
Construction Work is Ongoing
Construction work is being carried out on the section of the Vanadzor-Alaverdi road from kilometer 39 to Bagratashen.

For intercommunity traffic of vehicles towards the cities of Alaverdi, Vanadzor, and nearby settlements:
- Vanadzor-Stepanavan-Agarak-Koghes-Aygehate-Odzun-Alaverdi via border sections with Georgia.

Since June 30, 2018, construction work has been ongoing at kilometer 139 of the Yerevan-Meghri road, resulting in a section of about 200 meters being closed to one-way traffic.
