Arsen Torosyan is Looking for Employees Under 'Friends Only' Mode

Lawyer Ruben Melikyan stated on his Facebook page:

"I learned from one of my friends that the esteemed Minister of Health is looking for the head of the legal department of the Ministry of Health of Armenia through a personal Facebook post under ‘friends only’ mode. Meanwhile, as far as I remember, according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, civil service positions, including the one mentioned, must be filled through officially announced competitions, not through calls directed at Facebook friends.

What I mean is that the Facebook toolkit is gradually starting to replace the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

[A more reasonable approach would be for the esteemed minister to post information about the announced competition and invite qualified specialists to participate.]
