New Phone Number for the City Hall's Hotline: 1-05

New Phone Number for the City Hall's Hotline: 1-05

The Yerevan City Hall's hotline service has been updated with a new three-digit phone number. The short and easily memorized 1-05 is now available for subscribers.

“It is important to know that 1-05 is free for subscribers of all telephone operators. The aim is to make the connection between the city hall and residents even more accessible. In this way, we also address the issue of responding quickly to various problems occurring in the city. This marks the beginning of reforms in the sector, which will be ongoing,” said Yerevan Deputy Mayor Sergey Harutyunyan.

Alongside the 1-05 hotline, the existing number (011) 514-000 will continue to operate for some time. At the same time, all citizens are being informed about the new phone number.

The 1-05 number will operate on the same schedule: every day from 09:00 to 18:00, including weekends. In order to maintain contact with citizens during non-working hours, other interesting tools will be introduced soon.

“A voice messaging option will also be launched soon. This way, citizens will be able to present their concerns even after the workday ends. Hotline staff will listen to the messages the next day, register the issues and suggestions, and will upload them to the electronic document management system to follow the appropriate procedures,” stated Sergey Harutyunyan.

The hotline will continue to serve as a bridge between the city authorities and residents. The phones operate almost non-stop, receiving dozens of calls each day. In 2018 alone, the hotline received approximately 83,000 calls, most of which were for consultation or information. More than 25,000 calls were directed to the administrative districts.
