A Resident of Tavush Province Injured in Mine Explosion at Armenian-Azerbaijani Border

Today, around 3:00 PM, a resident of the Barekamavan community in Tavush Province, Arman Khalati Mikayelyan, was injured in a mine explosion at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

This information was confirmed in a conversation with Tert.am by the Noyemberyan Medical Center.

“The patient has just been transferred. We cannot provide additional information at this moment,” stated the medical center.

Additionally, the Barekamavan community's Facebook page reports that Arman Mikayelyan's life is not in danger. He has sustained an injury to his foot.

“It was only possible to bring him out of the scene with the help of the appropriate unit around 6:00 PM,” the Facebook page mentioned.
