Difficult Travel Conditions Across Armenia

As of January 15 at 09:00, there are difficult travel conditions across Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass and the Sotk-Karvachar highway are currently impassable. In the Kotayk region, all highways are affected, along with winter road conditions present in the Shirak region's Ashotjk and Amasia areas, as well as on the Sevan-Gavar-Martuni highway in the Gegharkunik region where there is some black ice. In the Ashotjk area of Shirak region, snowfall has also been reported.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
