Decision on Extraditing Nver Gururyan to Kazakhstan Under Review

It is reported that yesterday, Nver Gururyan personally presented himself to law enforcement agencies in Omsk, where he was subsequently arrested. He was in Omsk visiting his relatives. Russian law enforcement is deliberating on the matter of extraditing him to Kazakhstan.
