Vachagan Ghazaryan to Remain in Custody

The head of the security service for Armenia's third president, Serzh Sargsyan, Vachagan Ghazaryan, will continue to remain in custody. Today, the Court of Appeals rejected Ghazaryan's lawyer Armen Harutunyan's appeal.

The lawyer told Factor.am that he had requested to annul the decision of the First Instance Court regarding Ghazaryan's detention and to release him on bail. However, the court denied both of these requests.
