Kocharian Will Not Attend Hearing on His Bail Review

Robert Kocharian will not participate in the hearing regarding his bail review.

It should be noted that today, the defense team's motion to replace the detention chosen as a preventive measure for the second president Robert Kocharian with a bail alternative will be examined.

One of Kocharian's defenders, Aram Orbelyan, stated that it is likely Kocharian will not be present at the session, as it is a technical meeting and only the motion for replacing the preventive measure with bail will be considered.
