Armenia Appoints New Ambassador to the Holy See
The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has signed a decree to appoint a new ambassador to the Holy See.
"Based on the Prime Minister's proposal and in accordance with the second paragraph of part 1 of Article 132 of the Constitution,
Karen Nazaryan has been appointed as the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Holy See (with residence in Vatican)," the presidential decree states.
