Uncertainty Over Artsakh Issue: Should Pashinyan Speak or Remain Silent? - Ashotyan

A risk has emerged where no one dares to urge our Government to respond to the latest absurd statements made by the Azerbaijani authorities regarding Artsakh. This was stated by the Vice President of the Republican Party of Armenia, Armen Ashotyan, on his Facebook page.

Ashotyan specifically wrote:

“After Nikol Pashinyan's well-known outbursts in Dilijan, one is left wondering whether it is right to remain silent or to speak in such situations. I would tell Mamedyarov that any possible resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is excluded if it does not include the realization of the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh and its mandatory recognition.”

“No matter how much you praise the new authorities of Armenia and criticize our former leaders, this is a matter whose solution will be provided and will continue to be provided by the people of Artsakh with the support of the entire Armenian nation.”
