Stepantsminda–Lars Highway Open for All Vehicles
The Road Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Georgia has informed the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia that as of December 25 at 15:30, the Stepantsminda–Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
