Araik Harutyunyan: From Minister to Super Minister
The newspaper 'Zhamanak' reports: Minister of Education and Science Araik Harutyunyan is set to transform from a regular minister into a super minister, effectively leading three ministries.
Harutyunyan's ministry will be merged with the ministries of Culture, as well as Sports and Youth Affairs.
These changes will take place within the context of structural changes in the government.
