The Arrest Warrant for Vahagn Harutyunyan Remains in Effect
The arrest warrant for Vahagn Harutyunyan, the former head of the investigative group for March 1, has not been revoked. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Armenia.
It is noteworthy that on December 12, the Court of Appeals overturned a first-instance decision and canceled the arrest order against Vahagn Harutyunyan.
Harutyunyan is accused of organizing the fabrication of evidence in relation to a particularly serious crime.
