The Arkadi Hospital of Derzhava has entered the 'black list': 'Zhoghovurd'

'Zhoghovurd' newspaper reports that the 'Slavmed' medical center, owned by Arkadi Hambartsumyan, a deputy from the Republican Party of Armenia in the National Assembly, has been placed on the Ministry of Finance's black list.

'Zhoghovurd' learned that the Yerevan city hall has filed a complaint with the procurement appeals council demanding to include this company in the list of participants not allowed to participate in procurement processes.

'Zhoghovurd' also learned that the 'Slavmed' medical center participated in a bidding procedure organized by the Yerevan city hall and was recognized as the winner. However, it was later revealed that the medical center did not meet the qualification criteria set by the invitation due to significant financial obligations against the company’s assets.

Meanwhile, the medical center insists that it has taken loans to purchase modern medical equipment. Now, this story is evolving as the center is set to be barred from participating in state procurement processes until 2020.
