Gagik Tsarukyan May Face Charges of Fraud

The newspaper 'Zhamanak' reports:

“The leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan, has been refusing to pay the builders of the BMW car showroom for quite some time. The amount in question is around one million dollars or more specifically, 465 million drams.

The director of the construction company 'Smart Construction', Zarouhi Sargsyan, has reported to the police that 'Euromotors' has been delaying payment for the construction of the BMW showroom for a long time.

Sargsyan has tried to collect the money through persuasion, but seeing that Tsarukyan has decided to cheat them, she has turned to law enforcement agencies. If the circumstances mentioned in Zarouhi Sargsyan's complaint are validated, Tsarukyan may face charges of fraud,” the newspaper writes.
