Video: Explain the Purpose of the Hotline if No One Answers Within 25 Minutes – Keyan

Tigran Keyan, the president of the 'Driver's Friend' NGO, attempted to reach the employees of the Yerevan municipality's hotline today, but was unsuccessful after about 25 minutes.

'Dear Yerevan municipality, could you please explain the purpose of the hotline when there has been no response for around 25 minutes, while you urge us to call the hotline for legal violations or other issues?', he stated.

Keyan added, 'P.S. I want to mention that your website is down, and we cannot see the fines for paid parking,' while attaching a video demonstrating his call going unanswered for 25 minutes.

Auroranews.am contacted an employee of the municipality's Public Relations Department, who reported that they had already made contact with the user. They also mentioned that work is being carried out regarding the fines for paid parking. When asked about the lack of response to hotline calls, they stated that such a situation is simply impossible.
