Haik Sargsyan, the son of Sashik Sargsyan, declined to answer reporters' questions, one of which was about his cousin, Narek Sargsyan, known as 'Franklin Gonzalez'.
It is noteworthy that Narek Alexandri Sargsyan was found on December 6 in Prague. At the time of his discovery, he presented a false Guatemalan passport bearing the personal details of Franklin Gonzalez.
Recall that today, December 12, the next court hearing for Haik Sargsyan, nephew of the third president of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, is taking place at the Shengavit court of general jurisdiction in Yerevan.
Haik Sargsyan is accused of attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons and ammunition in connection with a crime that occurred 11 years ago. He has been charged under Articles 34-104, Part 1 (attempted murder) and 235, Part 1 (illegal acquisition and possession of weapons and ammunition) of the Armenian Criminal Code.
