Vanetsyan Will Not Become Deputy Prime Minister: Clarification

There have been persistent rumors circulating that Arthur Vanetsyan, the director of the National Security Service, will hold the position of first deputy prime minister in the new government, and that Minister of Emergency Situations Felix Tsolakyan will be appointed as the head of the NSS, reports Hraparak.am.

“We contacted NSS spokesperson Samson Galstyan and requested clarification on the circulating rumors. The spokesperson categorically denied these reports, specifically noting that there hasn’t even been discussion on the matter. He stated that Arthur Vanetsyan continues to fulfill his duties,” the media outlet writes.
