Criminal Authority Claims Arrest Was Ordered by Vova

The Yerevan City Court, presided over by Judge Nelly Baghdasaryan, has retired to the consultative room to render a verdict in the murder case involving criminal authority Alik Banduryan, known as Alik from Noratus, Gegham Israyelyan, known as Gegham from Charbakh, and Armen Gasparyan, nicknamed Bdo.

According to Armtimes.com, before the court adjourned, the defense attorneys presented their rebuttals. During the prosecutor Gevorg Gevorgyan's rebuttal, criminal authorities Alik from Noratus and Gegham from Charbakh lost their composure.

As the prosecutor spoke, Petros Israyelyan expressed discontent about something that was inaudible to those on the other side of the glass. Judge Nelly Baghdasaryan ordered him to stand up; however, Israyelyan refused.

"I stand up for you, as a woman," he reportedly said, before finally standing.

The judge reminded him that the defendant must comply with the court's legal orders and that there could be no question of 'standing up for' anyone in this context. Despite the warning, Israyelyan continued to speak.

During the rebuttal, criminal authority Alik Banduryan stated, "I have been arrested on Vova Gasparyan's orders, I have been imprisoned by order, and I am being pressured. We are innocent; my request is to make a fair decision."
