VIDEO: The 'Reject Nikol' Movement Begins Today, Says Sharamazanov
In the history of Armenian independence, these elections have been unprecedented. Edward Sharamazanov, a member of the Republican Party, expressed this opinion during a live broadcast on his Facebook page.
"They were unprecedented not only because they were the first snap elections but also because the government took every step to label part of the society as 'black', to spread an atmosphere of hatred and enmity, and, why not, to instill a climate of fear," he said, noting that nevertheless, there were 60,000 dignified and concerned citizens who did not succumb to either fear or hatred, nor to threats, by voting for the 'Republicans'.
In an interview with Lurer.com, Sharamazanov mentioned that a new movement will be launched. "What Pashinyan declared as the political death of the Republican Party was incorrect; Sharamazanov turned out to be right. From today, the 'Reject Nikol' movement will start because in 7 months, Pashinyan has failed everything."
