VIDEO: Pashinyan Responds to Questions from Turkish Journalist

A reporter from the Turkish publication 'T24', Shirin Payzen, is in Yerevan to cover the snap parliamentary elections and had a brief conversation with the acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. This was reported by Ermenihaber.

In response to the Turkish journalist's question about what expectations there are from the elections, Pashinyan stated:

“I expect them to be free, transparent, and democratic.”

Payzen asked Pashinyan what his primary goal is and what will change in Armenia.

“Our main goal is democracy, and in my opinion, we have achieved that at this moment,”

When asked by the Turkish reporter how Armenia's relations with Turkey and Russia will develop, Pashinyan indicated that he would discuss this later.
