Stepantsminda-Lars Road is Open
The Ministry of Infrastructure of Georgia's Road Department has informed the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia that as of December 10 at 10:00 AM, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
