Naira Zohrapyan Accuses, Hunan Poghosyan Denies, Mukuchyan Records

Yesterday, Naira Zohrapyan, a candidate from the Prosperous Armenia party, issued a statement claiming that Syunik Governor Hunan Poghosyan is directing voters to vote in favor of the 'My Step' alliance.

“We are familiar with the statement as far as it had been made public. There has been no application made to the CEC regarding Naira Zohrapyan’s statement. I spoke with Naira Zohrapyan, and she insisted on what was stated in her announcement,” said Tigran Mukuchyan.

The Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission also spoke with Syunik Governor Hunan Poghosyan.

“I personally contacted the Syunik governor. He stated that there was no such issue, that he had not been present in any community, and had not met with any voter,” said Tigran Mukuchyan.
