My Step, BHK, HDP: Preliminary Results of the National Assembly Elections
The Central Electoral Commission summarizes the results of the extraordinary parliamentary elections held today. Data from the first 83 polling stations have been compiled, and the preliminary results of the elections are already known.
At this moment, the "My Step" alliance has garnered the most votes, with 66.82% of the votes. In these polling stations, 10,500 voters cast their ballots in favor of the alliance.
Below is how the votes of the voters have been distributed:
- Republican Party of Armenia - 575 voters or 3.66%
- “Citizen’s Decision” Social Democratic Party - 77 voters or 0.49%
- Armenian Revolutionary Federation - 1,324 voters or 8.43%
- “My Step” Alliance - 10,500 voters or 66.82%
- Bright Armenia Party - 802 voters or 5.10%
- Christian Democratic Revival Party - 55 voters or 0.35%
- National Progress Party - 45 voters or 0.29%
- “We” Alliance - 273 voters or 1.74%
- Law-Based State Party - 153 voters or 0.97%
- Syunik People’s Party - 233 voters or 1.48%
- Prosperous Armenia Party - 1,676 voters or 10.67%
Today, extraordinary parliamentary elections were held in the Republic of Armenia.
11 political forces participated in the parliamentary extraordinary elections, consisting of 9 parties and 2 alliances. The electoral threshold is set at 5% for parties and 7% for alliances.
1,260,840 citizens or 48.63% of voters participated in the parliamentary extraordinary elections, which is approximately 314,000 fewer than in the 2017 elections.
