Serzh Sargsyan's Nephew Has Not Yet Been Transferred to Armenia: Osipyan
Serzh Sargsyan's nephew, Narek Sargsyan, has not yet been transferred to Armenia, stated the head of the Armenian police, Valery Osipyan, during a conversation with reporters today.
"The process is underway, the relevant documents will be gathered and the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia is already dealing with it," he said. Osipyan emphasized that the crucial aspect is the fact that he has been arrested.
"He was arrested in Prague, and he will then be extradited to Armenia," he added.
It is noteworthy that Narek Sargsyan, who was wanted internationally by Armenian law enforcement, was discovered in Prague on December 6 with the assistance of Interpol.
At the time of his discovery, according to the police statement, he presented a false passport of a Guatemalan citizen under the details of Franklin Gonzalez.
