Felix Tsolakyan Urges Respect for Remembrance Day and Avoiding Campaigning on December 7

The mayoral candidate of the Shirak region from the "My Step" alliance, General Felix Tsolakyan, has recently called on all candidates involved in the electoral campaign to honor the memory of those who perished in the devastating earthquake of 1988 and to refrain from campaigning tomorrow.

Tsolakyan's statement reads:

“I apologize for not visiting rural communities due to time constraints… I urge everyone to actively participate in the elections—your single vote is very important and decisive… I call on candidates to respect Remembrance Day and not to campaign on December 7… I myself will not be campaigning on December 7… Conscience and peace to us all…”
