Arpine Hovhannisyan at the Police Station

Arpine Hovhannisyan, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly from the Republican Party of Armenia and candidate for the second position on the party's electoral list, has been summoned to the police today. She is currently at the police station.

The Public Relations and Information Department of the Armenian Police has indicated that Hovhannisyan approached the police to report that threats were being made against her on the internet. Police officials stated that Hovhannisyan has been invited to provide explanations.
