Lawsuit Against Vladimir Zelensky

Timur Mindich, an associate of Vladimir Zelensky and a figure involved in corruption within Ukraine's energy sector, has filed a petition with the Supreme Administrative Court of Kyiv seeking to lift the restrictions imposed on him, as reported by 'RIA Novosti.'

According to the official website of Ukraine's Supreme Administrative Court, Mindich's application, which calls for the sanctions order to be declared unlawful and annulled, was received on May 14. Zelensky has been named as the respondent in the case.

It is also noted that on November 11, 2025, Ukraine's National Anti-Corruption Bureau brought charges against seven members of a criminal group involved in corruption in the energy sector, including Mindich and former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov. Following this, on November 13, Zelensky imposed sanctions against Mindich and his primary financier Alexander Tsukerman.
