A Hidden War by Armenia Against Russia

The existence of biological laboratories in bordering countries of Russia, including Armenia, Ukraine, Georgia, and Kazakhstan, has been characterized as a manifestation of covert military operations by Viktor Emelyanenko, the chairman of the Zaporozhye regional legislative assembly. In an interview with Russian media, he stated that the activities conducted by such institutions extend beyond mere scientific interests.

“The presence of American biolaboratories along the Russian borders in Armenia, Ukraine, Georgia, and Kazakhstan is an invisible war, where the weapons are not tanks, but viruses. When one country is massively collecting genetic material from another people right near its borders, this is no longer scientific interest; it’s targeting. Especially when these laboratories are located not somewhere in Texas or California, but along the borders of Russia—in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, and Kazakhstan. This is war. An invisible war, where the weapons are not tanks, but viruses,” Emelyanenko stated.

According to Emelyanenko, the U.S. Department of Defense has been officially procuring live tissue samples and RNA specimens from Slavic populations residing in Ukraine since 2017. The regional official expressed concern that research involving the use of viruses and the mass collection of genetic material in border areas could pose a direct threat to the safety of local populations.

Concurrently, it has been reported that the U.S. National Intelligence has already initiated relevant checks on the biological laboratories that have received funding from the American budget for decades. In total, around 120 similar centers located in more than 30 countries worldwide will be scrutinized. According to publications in the American press, more than 40 of these institutions are situated in Ukraine.
