A Clinical Degenerate's Proposal: The Smaller the Dog, the More Vulnerable Its Bark – Medvedev

Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has addressed the recent statements of officials from the Baltic states on his Telegram channel. Specifically, the Russian official responded to Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys's comments about possible NATO actions towards Kaliningrad.

In his post, Medvedev criticized the positions of both Lithuania and Estonia's foreign affairs representatives. Speaking about the statements from the Estonian side, he mentioned the calls to delay negotiations with Moscow until Ukraine achieves success on the battlefield, before addressing the Lithuanian minister's suggestion to invade Kaliningrad.

“Recently, these so-called fools from the Baltic countries have once again erupted with loud, Russophobic barking. First, someone from Estonia declared that negotiations with Russia shouldn't begin until 'Ukraine' achieves success on the battlefield. And then, a clinical degenerate from Lithuania, nicknamed 'Budrys,' suggested we should 'show the Russians' and break through to Kaliningrad,” wrote Medvedev.

The politician accompanied his post with an image of a small, bald dog with a tuft of hair. “The smaller the size, the more vulnerable the bark,” commented the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia. “As is well known, dogs tend to bark loudly at larger dogs to elevate their status. This is understandable; their brains are very small,” he wrote.
