Learn Lessons from Recent Regional Developments: Iran's Foreign Ministry Appeals to Certain Countries

Middle Eastern countries, particularly the United Arab Emirates, must learn lessons from recent events and realize that the U.S. military presence is a threat to the entire region. This was stated by Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei in a press conference with journalists, according to Iranian Tasnim news agency.

“Countries in the region, especially the UAE, must draw lessons from the events of the last two to three months, as the military presence of the U.S. and the Zionist regime (Israel) not only fails to ensure security, but also poses a serious threat to the development and economic welfare of these countries,” Baghaei stated.

He emphasized that Iran calls on its neighbors not to succumb to the influence of adversaries of the Iranian side, who “aim to sow discord among the countries of the region.”
