I Did Not Allow My 'Class' to Fall, I Would Not Descend from My Height: Tsarukyan's Response to Pashinyan

“Two days ago, I did not allow my 'class' to fall, I would not descend from my height. He primarily insults me because he has nothing to say, no program. This was stated by the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan, during a campaign event when responding to a journalist's question about how he would react to Pashinyan's threats and insults directed towards the opposition, including himself.

“For eight years, he has deceived the people, from the very first day he deceived us too, he deceived me as well. If he had a program, he would have presented it to the people very calmly. Sometimes, representatives of the Civil Contract party approach me in various places. I have said that if the criticism is justified, I will accept it; it’s not shameful, I won't shout or get angry. I have said it correctly, I have explained it well to the members of the Civil Contract party, and they have left very satisfied, expressing gratitude and apologizing,” he emphasized.

“He wants to drag us in for the sake of changing the direction because he has nothing to say; that is the character, the approach of our leader. This is how we are negotiating with our allies and enemies, which has brought us to this state today. We have made sacrifices and lost territories, and now we are heading towards more losses. Just yesterday, he announced that three more regions must be surrendered, and that’s how it will go; this is not peace,” Gagik Tsarukyan noted.

He added that the people must unite in such a way that Pashinyan goes on vacation after June 7.
