They Create Deliberate Threats: Iran's Foreign Ministry Issues Strong Statement
The official representative of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmail Baghaei, commented on the regional situation, stating that diplomatic processes have failed due to military actions by the United States and Israel. According to the Iranian diplomat, Washington and Tel Aviv are deliberately creating threats to the security of key energy routes.
Baghaei emphasized that the United States is trying to lay blame on Iran to avoid responsibility for its own actions. He compared this approach to that of Nazi Germany's propaganda minister, Joseph Goebbels, who blamed others for his own regime's offenses.
The spokesman for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs also likened Washington’s policies to the imperialistic approach of Ancient Rome. Referencing the works of historian Tacitus and the campaigns of Roman general Agricola in the British Isles, he added that the U.S. first incites wars and crises and then continues escalation under the pretext of 'restoring peace.'
