Changes Are Coming: Samvel Karapetyan

The "Strong Armenia" party was in the Armavir region today, where the message of the party leader Samvel Karapetyan was addressed to the people of Armavir following the speech of party council member Narek Karapetyan.

Changes are coming," said Karapetyan.
