What Did You Expect? Zakharova Issues Statement

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, has sarcastically commented on German Chancellor Friedrich Merz's admission that arguing with U.S. President Donald Trump is pointless.

On Friday, Merz acknowledged that it makes little sense to dispute with Trump, while also suggesting that one should recall the examples of those who have tried to debate the American leader, citing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who was severely criticized by Trump in the White House.

“D - Democracy, H - Harmony, Alliance, N - NATO, what did you expect?” Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel.
