This time, the focus is on Nikol Pashinyan, who is the first in the electoral list of the "Civil Contract" party. It should be noted that the party is participating in the elections under number 16.

What assets does Nikol Pashinyan have?

According to the asset, income, expenditures, and interests declaration for 2024, Nikol Pashinyan, who has held the position of Prime Minister since May 8, 2018, does not own any real estate. However, it is stated in the declaration that he has actually possessed an individual residential house located in Yerevan for 90 days or more.

Pashinyan's declaration also includes a loan of 49 million 350 thousand drams granted to "IjivanaToun" LLC. He had a bank deposit of 726 thousand 900 drams, while the balance in his bank accounts was about 477 thousand drams. His cash assets amounted to 700 thousand drams and 500 dollars.

According to the declaration, Nikol Pashinyan's total income for 2024 was more than 80 million 235 thousand drams. Of that amount, about 17 million drams was from salary. He also declared a donation of 6 million drams received from his wife, Anna Hakobyan.

The declaration notes that he has received loans from various banks. At the end of the year, the principal amount of loans and debts amounted to more than 48 million drams, of which 44 million 415 thousand drams was a liability obtained for the purpose of purchasing an apartment.

The Prime Minister also declared travel expenses and accommodation costs amounting to more than 5 million drams for leisure purposes. Pashinyan also disclosed his participation in the company "Mer Tparanyan," where he holds a 50% share. This participation was acquired back in 2009. Pashinyan is the chairman of the board of the "Civil Contract" party.

For comparison, in the 2021 declaration, Pashinyan's bank deposits amounted to about 3 million drams, the balances in his bank accounts were 27 thousand 701 drams and 3.84 dollars, while his cash assets were 790 thousand drams and 1800 dollars, with total income of about 13.6 million drams. At that time, his loan liabilities were about 1.2 million drams.
