How Long Will the Special Military Operation Last? Commentary from the Kremlin

Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov has stated that the special military operation could end at any moment. According to him, the main condition for this is a corresponding decision from Vladimir Zelensky.

“The Kiev authorities know very well what decisions are being referred to,” Peskov emphasized.

He added that the humanitarian ceasefire has already ended, and the special military operation continues. Peskov simultaneously mentioned that the 'corrections' made regarding Ukraine allow for talks about being close to a resolution, although it is still too early to discuss specific details.

He also indicated that Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed readiness to meet with Zelensky in Moscow or any other location.
