Connecting Us to the Republican Party is Pure Absurdity: Davit Ananyan

Connecting us to the Republican Party of Armenia is pure absurdity. This was stated by the former head of the State Revenue Committee, Davit Ananyan, during a pre-election campaign in the town of Dilijan, Tavush Province.

It is noteworthy that he is the second on the electoral list of the "Wings of Unity" party. Ananyan clarified that both he and the former Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan, who heads the party's list, worked in the state system when the country was led by the third president, Serzh Sargsyan, but they have never been part of his political team or the Republican Party of Armenia. According to him, they have exclusively carried out their professional activities.

“We respect all former presidents because we respect the state, but they have all made mistakes that led to the events of 2018,” he emphasized.

According to Ananyan, if the current government is re-elected, then Armenia, as a state, will not have a long life, as the implementation of a resettlement program for 300,000 Azerbaijanis will begin, after which the country will lose its national ideology.
