Will the EU Negotiate with Russia?

The head of EU diplomacy, Kaia Kallas, has announced that the EU plans to discuss the topics of possible negotiations with Russia. Foreign ministers from EU countries will raise this issue during the meeting scheduled for May 27-28.

“First, we need to discuss among ourselves what we are ready to discuss with them. That is why we will have a meeting to discuss the proposals,” Kallas stated ahead of the foreign ministers' summit in Brussels.
