Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to Visit Russia

The Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, Yuri Ushakov, has announced the upcoming visit of U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff and businessman Jared Kushner.

Ushakov, referencing 'Kommersant,' noted that American counterparts Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, who is the son-in-law of Donald Trump, will arrive in Moscow quite soon. This was stated by the official during an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin.

The previous visit of the American negotiators to Russia took place at the end of January.

As a result of the American campaign against Iran, the United States had temporarily suspended its participation in negotiations regarding Ukraine. Moscow expects that Washington will eventually resume its mediatory role in the settlement process of the Ukrainian conflict.
