Fico's Advice to Zelensky

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has stated that Volodymyr Zelensky should personally call Vladimir Putin if he truly wants to negotiate.

During his visit to Moscow, the head of the Slovak government presented a message from the Ukrainian leader to the President of Russia. According to Fico, during a private conversation in Armenia, Zelensky expressed his willingness to meet with Putin in any format.

The Slovak Prime Minister also published the Russian President's response to the Ukrainian colleague's proposal. He noted that if the President of Ukraine wishes to meet, he should establish telephone contact with the Russian leader.
