"A technical park will be created for Sisian, the state will provide farmers with equipment free of charge to carry out work on cultivated lands. We will build a glass factory in the city, and we will develop animal husbandry in the villages. In Sisian, people will have jobs, in the villages, people will have a livelihood, and the youth will have suitable occupations.
